I’m Rahul Bagal, Co-Founder & Director of IncubXperts, an AI-native engineering partner based in Pune, India. I lead the company’s technology and delivery for clients adopting AI agents, copilots and cloud-native platforms.
24x7code.com is where I write field notes on one question: how teams actually ship software when agents are part of the engineering team. Expect hands-on experiments, honest trade-offs, and lessons from client delivery, not vendor hype.
Background
I have been building software since 2003. I started as a developer writing stored procedures in Pune. By 2005 I was building GPS dispatch and city-scale cab routing for 60,000 commuters across 12 shifts. I then led telecom applications for the Bharti project at IBM, and spent nearly ten years at Fiserv building bill-payment products, including a year onsite in Dallas, rising from systems analyst to technology leader. I co-founded IncubXperts in 2017.
I’m PMP-certified and hold Microsoft Azure and .NET certifications.
